We know how unpredictable Mother Nature can be, and we don’t expect our customers to be responsible for weather they can’t control. That’s why we have a weather policy designed to give you options when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

 RAIN DATES

If your inflatable rental needs to be postponed because of weather, we will work with you to select another available date. There is no time limit on this even next year is ok

Rain dates are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement date will be available.

If you have booked an inflatable along with other rental items, your entire order may be rescheduled to a new available date if you choose to postpone the event because of the weather.

 INFLATABLE RENTALS

Because our inflatable blowers are electrical and cannot safely be operated in the rain, inflatable rentals may need to be postponed during wet weather.

If rain is forecast or it is raining on the morning of your event, we will contact you as early as possible to discuss the weather conditions and determine whether your inflatable rental can safely be delivered.

If the weather is expected to clear and conditions are safe, we may proceed with the scheduled delivery.

If we determine that the weather conditions make delivery or operation of the inflatable unsafe, your rental can be rescheduled to another available date.

 COSTUMES

Costume rentals are not affected by rain.

Rain does not prevent the use of costumes, so costume rentals will remain available as scheduled.

If you have booked costumes along with an inflatable rental and the inflatable portion of your rental is postponed due to weather, you may choose to keep your costume rental for the original date or discuss rescheduling your complete order with us.

 

 

 IMPORTANT — NO REFUNDS

All bookings are final once payment has been made.

NO REFUNDS will be issued due to a change of plans, cancellation, or weather.

When weather affects an inflatable rental, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for another available date rather than provide a refund.
